How do you ship graded cards?
All cards ship in protective packaging designed to prevent shifting or damage in transit. High-value items may include additional protective measures and tracking.
Do you buy or trade cards?
Yes, we buy, sell, and trade across baseball, basketball, football, and more. Reach out via instagram with what you're looking to sell or trade. We only buy or trade in-store.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns on singles within 14 days of the delivered date. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, including any original packaging or holders. Due to the nature of the product, sealed products (boxes, packs, and mystery boxes) are final sale and not eligible for return.
What if my card or sealed product arrives damaged?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging, and we'll make it right. This applies even to sealed products, our no-returns policy covers buyer's remorse, not items damaged in transit.
